II. Change Order Terms

Authority:
1. The individual signing this Change Order on behalf of the Client represents and warrants that they are duly authorized to bind the Client to this Change Order.
Scope of Change Order:
1. The Change Order document provided describes the proposed changes to the original project scope, including any modifications to work, materials, costs, and/or timeline.
2. By signing this approval, the Client confirms that it has received and reviewed the Change Order document in full.
Cost Adjustment:
1. Any cost adjustments (increases or credits) are detailed in the Change Order document received by the Client and confirmed in Section I above.
2. If this Change Order increases the project cost, the Client agrees to pay the additional amount as specified.
3. If this Change Order decreases the project cost, the credit will be applied to the final invoice unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment for Additional Costs:
1. Payment for any additional costs resulting from this Change Order is due upon signing and before Change Order work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. The Contractor will provide a payment link or invoice for any additional amounts due.
Timeline Impact:
1. Any impact to the project timeline is described in the Change Order document received by the Client.
2. The Client acknowledges that changes to scope may affect the original estimated completion date.
Integration with Original Agreement:
1. This Change Order, once signed, becomes part of the original Project Approval Contract and is subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.
2. In the event of a conflict between this Change Order and the original Project Approval Contract, this Change Order controls only with respect to the specific changes described herein. All other terms of the original Agreement remain in full force and effect.
Lien Waivers:
1. Lien waiver terms from the original Project Approval Contract apply to all Change Order work.
Response Time:
1. As agreed in the Project Approval Contract, this Change Order must be reviewed and signed by 5:00 PM on the next business day after receipt. If delivered after 5:00 PM or on a non-business day, the deadline is 5:00 PM on the next business day.
2. If not signed within this timeframe, pricing may be revised, work may be paused, or the project may be rescheduled.

III. Acknowledgment & Authorization

Change Order Review

I confirm that I have received and carefully reviewed the Change Order document provided to me, including the description of changes, cost adjustments, and timeline impact.

Cost Acknowledgment

I understand and agree to the cost adjustment entered in Section I above. If additional payment is required, I agree that the Client will pay the amount due before Change Order work begins.

Timeline Acknowledgment

I understand that this Change Order may impact the original project timeline as described in the document I received.

Authorization

I authorize Strucra LLC to proceed with the changes described in the referenced Change Order. I understand that this approval is binding and becomes part of the original Project Approval Contract.
